A Private Venue

At the Arlington Treehouse we host affordable community and family events – weddings, fundraisers, celebrations of life, adult parties, baby showers, meetings and more.

It’s Beautiful

The 1,400 sq. ft. Ballroom seats up to 56 people for dinner and dancing. It features 72-feet of windows and all wooden floors opening onto the upper deck. The Ballroom includes our 15-foot stone top bar, buffet tables, bar sink, two refrigerators, and a restroom. The gas fireplace will keep you warm and five different air conditioning systems will keep you cool.

It’s Affordable & Smart:

You bring your own food, drinks and alcohol (so you SAVE money - and you take all the leftovers home). There is no separate food or bar bill.

Staff will receive everything, set up the bar and food services, serve your guests and clean up. We don’t want you or any of your guests working. 

We provide everything to make your event successful - the facility, staffing, tables, chairs, tablecloths, centerpieces, dinner and glassware, tableware, serving dishes, napkins, etc. We have an excellent sound system, easels, microphones, backdrop displays, an 86” screen and more.

We have four bathrooms, a reception area, a dressing suite, kitchen, five refrigerators, coat racks, etc. Plus, there is plenty of free parking, and we are just three blocks from the East Falls Church Metro.

Flat Rate Pricing

The venue is rented for $1,200 per 8 hours.

All the dishes, flatware, glassware, serving dishes, chafing dishes etc. rent for $6 per guest. Or if you prefer, we will provide high quality paper and plastic along with serving dishes and chafing dishes for $2 per guest.

We provide all the staff required to serve your guests - bartenders, food service, greeters, clean up, etc. at $35 / hour. We will give you a fixed price - there are no surprises. Most events with dinner and bar service will require 20 – 25 hours of staff time. Please note a minimum of two staff members are required for all events.

            Example: 60 guests

            Rent: $1,200

            Service ware: 60 x $6 = $360  (or 60 x $2 = $120 for service with paper and plastic)

            Staffing 20 hours = $700

            Insurance for alcohol = $105 (covers the host and the venue)

            Total: $ 2,360

That is the total amount. There are no other charges or fees. There is no fee if you need a few extra hours or if you drop off items early or even the day before. Staff will do all of the set up, food and bar service and clean up. You enjoy your guests.

Weddings:

The Arlington Treehouse is available for wedding ceremonies and receptions. These are more complicated events that require more time and effort. So we have created two flat rate packages that include staffing and everything else. Please see our Wedding Packages. We are happy to answer questions and to accommodate your event.

Fundraisers:

Our objective is to make a positive impact on our world. If your goal is the same, we will help you raise funds. We will help with ideas and strategies, and we will even make a donation.

We know from experience that when you slow down, serve dinner and drinks with music and dancing, your guests will respond with joy and generosity. It’s time to relax, reconnect and yes, network. Our formula works. We are proud to have raised large amounts for our community. And we will help you do the same for your organization.

Celebrations of Life:

Let’s be clear: we want you to gather here. We want your family and friends to take all the time they need to talk and laugh and cry and connect.

The Treehouse is a home – not a hotel. We are not a conference room or a backroom. We are not a restaurant or a funeral home. Guests and family can relax, come and go and take their time.

You order the food and drinks, and our staff will do everything else. We will care for your guests and family. Promise.

Adult Parties & Events:

Yes – open bar. You bring whatever drinks you want, and our professional bartenders will serve your guests. You bring the food and desserts and the playlist and the love and come and enjoy. Make noise and dance. DJs are welcome. Or sign onto your favorite playlist and turn it up.

Please note that we do not host children’s parties at the Treehouse. All ages are welcome of course! But everything is white tablecloths and chinaware, so we limit our events to adult parties.
